Here's your Daily Market and Lock Advice: 

If you have borrowers closing within 30 days, go ahead and lock.  For those closing outside of 45 days, you can safely float.  Or, if you see a rate that makes sense on a 45 you can lock those per the borrower's request.   

Rates are most likely not going to move too high, but with all the current factors we should not expect them to much lower from here.
